Carson City, NV - Today, Nevada Attorney General Adam Paul Laxalt announced that Malayla, Inc., doing business as No Child Left Behind Behavioral Health Services (NCLB) in Northern Nevada, and its owner, Candia Alea Tolbert, 39, of Reno, were sentenced for Medicaid fraud. The frauds were committed between September 2011 and December 2014.
