Just Here II Pharmacy — DEA Immediate Suspension and Revocation (2024–2025)
Outcome: DEA revoked Just Here II Pharmacy's DEA Certificate of Registration No. FJ1928689 after issuing an Order to Show Cause and Immediate Suspension on October 24, 2024, finding that the pharmacy failed to maintain accurate records of its purchasing and dispensing of controlled substances between September 2023 and March 2024.
On October 24, 2024, the Drug Enforcement Administration issued an Order to Show Cause and Immediate Suspension of Registrations to Just Here II Pharmacy of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The agency alleged that from at least September 27, 2023, until at least March 1, 2024, the pharmacy failed to maintain accurate records of its purchasing and dispensing of controlled substances in violation of the Controlled Substances Act.
Investigators found significant discrepancies between the dispensing report that DEA investigators analyzed and the pharmacy's distributor order data. These record discrepancies created an inability to account for controlled substances, which is a foundational violation of DEA registration requirements under 21 C.F.R. Part 1304.
The registrant was deemed to have admitted these facts by failing to request a hearing or defend against the allegations. DEA denied any pending applications of Just Here II Pharmacy to renew or modify its registration, as well as any other pending application for additional registration in Pennsylvania. The final Decision and Order was published in the Federal Register on July 14, 2025.

How Crucible Prevents This
The core failure was a significant discrepancy between the pharmacy's dispensing report and distributor order data — a recordkeeping gap that Crucible's automated inventory reconciliation controls and monthly audit prompts would have surfaced in real time rather than allowing it to accumulate across months.
