HARRISBURG- Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane today announced the arrest of Dr. Jopinda Pal Harika, 61, Red Oak Court, Monroeville, Allegheny County, for practicing and writing prescriptions on a suspended license as a contractor at mental health facilities in Philadelphia and Berks counties.
