After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Lorien Life Center-Howard II, Inc. d/b/a Lorien Nursing & Rehab Center-Elkridge (Lorien Elkridge), Elkridge, Maryland, agreed to pay $117,064.33 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law.
