OKLAHOMA CITY - Attorney General Scott Pruitt Wednesday filed charges in Oklahoma County District Court against the operators of Central Oklahoma Behavioral Health Services, LLC. John Michael Doneti, 50, of Oklahoma City, and Angelique Marie Williamson, 39, of Choctaw, were each charged with five counts of Medicaid fraud, one count of identity theft, one count of conspiracy to commit Medicaid fraud, one count of engaging in transactions involving unlawful proceeds and one count of conspiracy to engage in transactions involving unlawful proceeds.
