After they self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Paul Fallon, M.D. and Portsmouth Psychiatrics Associates (collectively, "Portsmouth"), New Hampshire, agreed to pay $112,533.43 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law.
