Published Pricing for Compliance Officers, Owner-Operators, and Consultancies

Terry Peterson · April 22, 2026 PricingCharterCrucible

WalkerNash Development built Crucible AI for the person who has to know every compliance rule in the building.

That is the compliance officer at one facility. The owner-operator wearing the compliance hat. The chain operator running twelve sites. The consultancy deploying at fifteen client facilities. They do not have six months to run a procurement committee. They have a survey on the calendar and a regulatory surface that grew again last week.

Most compliance software vendors won't tell you what they charge until they've qualified your budget. We think that's a tell. Published pricing replaces the negotiation:

Tier A -- single-facility owner / operator. Private license. $11,040 year one (annual license plus monthly Sage updates). $0 install fee. The whole number, on the table.

Tier B -- multi-facility owner / operator. Private license per facility, single contract. Each facility adds license + Sage + a $3,500 install fee on facilities 2+.

Tier C -- consultancy. Commercial license to deploy at client facilities under your service contracts. $15,000 flat license, unlimited installs and verticals, $3,500 install fee per deployment.

The Founding Charter is open. 50% off the entire package -- annual license, Sage subscription, AND per-install fees, every line item halved -- for 36 months from go-live. Capped at 36 charter contracts total across all tiers. One contract is one slot, regardless of how many installs it covers. First month due when Crucible goes live on your hardware -- not at contract signing, not while Sage is still scraping.

Why this matters: compliance officers operate inside 12,000+ regulatory agencies pushing 50,000+ new regulatory measures every year (per LexisNexis State Net). No human keeps pace. The industry's answer has been "subscribe to a newsletter, buy a manual, hire a consultant on retainer" -- three separate costs to partially solve one problem.

Crucible runs on dedicated hardware owned by the facility it serves or the consultancy that deploys it. Zero cloud. Every answer cites the rule. Every gap carries a verification code. Every audit packet prints with the source regulation attached. No data leaves the building.

The tool is not meant to replace compliance officers. It is meant to put them in control of their facility's compliance risk profile -- finding violations at the point of occurrence, not at the point of survey.

Published pricing, the Founding Charter terms, the product tour, and a full live interview with Crucible itself are at walkernash.ai.

If you run compliance at a single facility, own multiple sites, or consult across client engagements -- you are who Crucible AI is for. If you know a compliance officer carrying this weight, share this with them.
