Most compliance software vendors won't tell you what they charge until they've qualified your budget. We think that's a tell. Here is what Crucible costs.
No sales call required.
Crucible is sold as a product, not a SaaS subscription. You pay three things: an annual license that grants the right to run Crucible on your installations, a per-install fee at activation of each deployment, and a monthly update subscription that keeps your regulatory corpus current.
Hardware is purchased separately by you or your client, from whatever vendor you prefer. We recommend minimums; we don't resell boxes.
No negotiation. No custom quote. No "enterprise pricing" that means "we saw your company size and tripled it."
For the compliance officer at a single facility, or an owner-operator who wears the compliance hat.
.mv2 tailored to your vertical.mv2 updatesFor consultancies and independent consultants servicing multiple client facilities, or multi-vertical operators.
For multi-facility operators, state-path facilities, and underserved-accreditor deployments (HFAP, CIHQ, CARF-lite).
.mv2 corpus updates — delivered offline to your compliance officer, who installs them on the Crucible server via LAN or USB.Crucible is new, and the founding cohort of clients shapes what the product becomes. Charter clients receive preferred pricing locked for 36 months, direct engineering access, and a voice in the roadmap — in exchange for testimonial rights and regulatory-surface hardening time. This is how we intend to build the company.
It is a joint venture, not a trial.
