Most compliance software vendors won't tell you what they charge until they've qualified your budget. We think that's a tell. Here is what Crucible costs.
No sales call required.
The Crucible engine is a free download. Each download is serial-numbered and tied to the install-site address you provide at the door. The dashboard runs immediately after install — every button works, every label is live. Tap any of them and you'll be prompted to complete the business survey that produces your facility's regulatory database.
Once your custom database is built, one monthly Sage subscription per facility keeps it current. There is no annual license fee, no install fee, no charter discount, no volume discount, and no tier table.
No negotiation. No custom quote. The published price is the price.
The first month covers the labor of building your custom regulatory database after you complete the business survey. Each subsequent month, the price drops $20 until month 10 hits the flat rate. Your 9-month ramp is locked at signup — no price increase reaches you during it.
Not device. Not user. A consultant carrying a laptop to five client sites needs five free engine installs (each location-bound), five business surveys, and five separate Sage subscriptions — same per-facility terms as a solo facility.
Daily regulatory monitoring, deterministic citation lookup, document-checklist generation, gap assessment, audit-packet export, and the BYOK chat surface that fact-checks any cloud LLM's answers against your local regulatory database. No feature tiers.
Buy a 32 GB-RAM mini-PC from any vendor — we don't resell hardware. We've validated several models on the industries page. The engine is signed, fingerprint-locked at activation, and runs entirely on your network.
The engine's database never stores resident names, room numbers, or MRNs. Personal details get swapped for internal reference codes on the way in, and the map back to real names lives in an encrypted vault inside your engine — it never leaves your office network. Surveyor packets print real names locally; remote consultants see deficiencies without names. Even WalkerNash can't see your residents — the engine has no path to the internet.
Three buyer profiles, no charter math.
The whole product is what's on your screen after install. There is no demo path that hides the real thing — every button is live and tells you what completing the survey would unlock. You commit only after you've used it and seen the custom database we built for your facility.
